Tai Chi is a slow moving exercise program that was developed to help keep all of your joints flexible, improve your breathing and balance. It’s very popular in China and other parts of the world. A great exercise for any age! The class will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays 8am-9m. All classes will meet in the Aerobics Room at the Sportsplex.
