5 p.m.     Jumpers/Inflatables and Vendors Open

James Redd – 5 p.m. (30 minute set)
John Gholston – 5:35 p.m. (30 minute set)
Matt McGarr – 6:10 p.m. (30 minute set)
Brent Varner – 6:45 p.m. (45 minute set)
SPRD Line Dancers – 7:30 p.m. (30 minute performance)
Mayor’s Welcome – 8 p.m.
D.J.-led dancing – 8:15-8:45 p.m.
8:45-9 p.m. – Announcements
9 p.m. – Fireworks

We encourage patrons to bring lawn chairs, blankets, etc to aid in the enjoyment of the Fireworks Show.  Feel free to bring your frisbees, footballs, soccer balls, etc. to play during the day before the Fireworks Show begins.  It is not encouraged to bring animals due to the likelihood that the fireworks will frighten them. If you do bring a pet, they must remain under leash control for the entirety of the celebration, and that owners pick up after their pets.

*Citizens should expect delays near the Starkville Sportsplex on Tuesday, particularly from 8:30-10:30 p.m. Anyone not attending the event should avoid the area if possible, especially during these times. All efforts will be made to efficiently clear traffic so that residents near the park are minimally effected. We wish everyone a happy Independence Day!
