Hail-Oween

On Saturday, October 28 we will host the first-ever Hail-Oween Festival at J.L. King Park (400 N Long St). There will be free candy, a mobile video game trailer, kids’ inflatables, contests, food vendors, a hot cocoa social with the Mayor and Board of Aldermen, and more.

We invite local organizations and businesses to register as candy vendors. In exchange for setting up and giving away candy at the event, organizations may promote their programs or initiatives to event attendees. Vendors must provide their own candy, decorations and any other needed equipment and supplies. You may download and print the form by clicking the following – HAIL-OWEEN CANDY BOOTH REGISTRATION. Please email the form to Gerry Logan at glogan@starkvilleparks.com.

Want to participate in the pie-eating contest or costume contest? Register by emailing the form to Gerry Logan at glogan@starkvilleparks.com or register on-site.
