Moncrief Park is located on North Jackson Street. It includes play-ground equipment, an inline hockey court, a pavilion, a public swimming pool, and is home to Starkville’s Dog Park.

Moncrief Park Pavilion

The Moncrief Park Pavilion holds approximately 50 people. It has 4 picnic tables and restrooms are located at the pavilion.

The rental fee for weekdays is $10 and $25 on weekends.

Moncrief Swimming Pool

The Moncrief swimming pool is located on North Jackson Street. The pool opens in the first week of June and closes in the second week of August. Pool hours are Monday through Thursday 1pm to 5pm open to the public and family pool passes are from 5:15pm to 7pm.   Friday and Saturday 1pm to 5pm open to the public with no family pass hours.  Sunday from 2pm-4pm open to the public with family pass hours of 5pm-7pm.   Hours are subject to change. For ages 12 and under the cost is $1.00 and ages 13 and over is $2.00. Swimmers are asked to review specific rules posted at each facility.
